Apologies to the personable London Breed, a young black woman straight out of the hood, who seems to have a good heart -- may her tribe increase -- but was conducting the meeting of the Board of Supervisors at San Francisco's City Hall, which stands uniquely on a street named for a black man, Dr. Carlton Goodlett, M.D., Ph.D.
